We go above and beyond to maintain the integrity of the property. We use 7/16” OSB plywood and tarps. We drape and cover everything that needs to be protected. We build tepees over trees and bushes that are in areas that could be damaged. We also use debris barriers. These barriers stop the debris from sliding off the roof. This allows us to throw it to a pre-established location versus sliding off the roof and falling anywhere.

This depends on the age of your roof. If you recently replaced your roof, I would start with a 10-year inspection. After that I would recommend a 15-year and a 20-year inspection.
